This caught my eye more in the form of a cringe than fascination!

Showering is essential — it’s hygienic and helps one feel clean.

To me, showering helps shake off negativity, tiredness and the after-effects of morning sleep.

The afternoon shower induces relaxation and the feeling of snuggling up in clean sheets for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Perhaps it’s only conditioning from childhood — but I can’t and won’t shake off its priority in my life.

I wanted to uncover why someone deliberately subjects themselves to non-bathing for ten days.

Aydan is known for not showering and showing her period online.

Not showering daily had made her hair more curly now than when she washed it regularly.

But is there a ‘smell’ involved in this?

According to Aydan — “No smell. I would argue that we should shower less for the environment because water is a precious resource.” She does have a point there.

Oh my goodness!
