According to most estimates, two-third population of Pakistan is under the age of 30. This means that roughly 120 million people are under that age, with many of them educated, yet without any knowledge of how to practically apply their education within the workplace. People are trying to meet the industry’s requirements by working on their own but there is no professional guidance available to tackle this issue.

We wanted to set up a virtual platform where students, recent graduates, teachers, and industry experts from different fields could connect. Here industry experts will share tips on how to get prepared for the practical environment both technically and professionally. They will also identify the specific areas for improvement and developing the mindset required at work.

There is a huge gap between academia and industry. Universities are unable to play any role in this situation. Hence, there is a need for proper career counseling, which may connect teachers, industry experts, and students.

Currently, a recent graduate is finding it very difficult to meet the industry’s requirements. If we could launch a page initially on social media, students and recent graduates of different fields can connect to industry experts to analyze the areas where they are lacking and how generally things operate in an industry. In that case, they will be having a better chance of succeeding in professional life than others.
