Here is the single best advice for sleep that has worked well for me and requires no technology or a rigorous sleep routine: Go to bed at the same time everyday at a reasonable hour. Our body loves a routine. If go to sleep at random times, your body will continuously keep trying to adjust to your sleep schedule.
